3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) luk789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. luk789 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk789 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify luk789 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. luk789 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Transfer. luk789 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luk789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. luk789 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the luk789 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with luk789's anti-money laundering procedures. luk789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. luk789 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to members from time to time.
5.1 All bets placed on the luk789 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 luk789 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of luk789 shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
5.4 luk789 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
6.1 luk789 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. luk789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time if it determines that the offer has been abused or exploited.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luk789 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luk789.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 luk789's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luk789 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 luk789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. luk789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
10.1 luk789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the luk789 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Upon termination of your account, any outstanding balance (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
12.3 You may close your luk789 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through luk789's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
